We are extremely mindful of the wellbeing of not just our pupils,but of you the families, parents and carers also. If you are struggling to cope and feeling overwhelmed you are not alone; you are important and it is ok to ask for help.
Under the 'Agencies for Support' folder is a PDF file for 'Support in the City - Portsmouth' which lists a variety of places in which you could seek support.
There are also Social Stories which may help to explain the scenario with your children and a number of resources in the side bar menus to help with all areas of wellbeing.
We will be adding additional ideas to our websites to support our pupils' physical, emotional and mental wellbeing as this is vitally important and we feel is a priority for our community.
